OPEN2000 in Venice, Italy

OPEN2000 is a sculpture exhibition organized by Arte Communications. The exhibition shows works from 34 artists, including Kari Huhtamo. Open from August 30 to October 30, 2000.

The mobile Aaria was purchased and installed in the theater foyer.

EXPO2000 Hannover, Germany

A mobile from the Kari Huhtamo's series Aaria was exhibited in the Finnish pavilion of the EXPO2000 world fair in Hannover.

A Relief Unveiled

A relief Sulavesi (Open water) was unveiled in a lobby designed by architect and professor Arto Sipinen. The relief made of steel plate and its size is 9.5 meters by 2.5 meters.
