Kari Huhtamo – VARIATIO ARCTICA SCULPTURA
In addition to elegant steel sculptures, the exhibition
also includes photographs and prints – the artist’s latest works,
which have never been seen in Finland before. Sculptor Kari Huhtamo’s
exhibition Variatio Arctica Sculptura was presented at the State
Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow in autumn 2009 -

Kuvanveistäjä Kari Huhtamon näyttely VARIATIO ARCTICA SCULPTURA
esitettiin Tretjakovin Galleriassa Moskovassa syksyllä 2009. Kyseessä
oli Tretjakovin Gallerian ensimmäinen suomalaisen taiteilijan näyttely.
Nyt VARIATIO ARCTICA SCULPTURA saapuu Taidehalliin. Kokonaisuus
rakentuu uusimmista teoksista, joita ei ole aikaisemmin Suomessa
nähty. Mukana on Huhtamon klassikoiksi muodostuneiden eleganttien
teräsveistosten lisäksi valokuvia ja grafiikkaa.

OPEN2000 is a sculpture exhibition organized by Arte Communications.
The exhibition shows works from 34 artists, including Kari Huhtamo.

A relief Sulavesi

professor Arto Sipinen. The relief made of steel plate and its size
is 9.5 meters by 2.5 meters.
